Review an SDS document
View the full extracted data from a Safety Data Sheet, organised by GHS section, and generate compliance documents.
Open any product from your library to see the extracted hazard data, classifications, and safety information from its Safety Data Sheet. Use the section navigation to jump to any of the 16 GHS sections.

The sections follow the standard GHS/SDS structure. An Overview page summarises the product's key data. Sections 1 through 16 cover Identification, Hazard Identification, Composition, First Aid, Firefighting, Accidental Release, Handling and Storage, Exposure Controls, Physical Properties, Stability and Reactivity, Toxicological Information, Ecological Information, Disposal, Transport, Regulatory, and Other Information. A Related page shows similar substances and SDS documents in other languages.
Review key hazard information
The Overview page shows the most important safety data at a glance:
- Product identification: product name, CAS number, supplier, chemical name, and UFI code
- Label Information: GHS pictograms, signal word (DANGER or WARNING), H-phrases, and P-phrases
- Physical Properties: appearance, colour, odour, pH, solubility, and flash point
- First Aid Measures: what to do for each exposure route, plus when to seek immediate medical attention
- ADR (Road Transport): hazard class, shipping name, and class code
- Organizations: manufacturer or distributor contact details
Add the product to your library or a location
Select Add to Library to save the product to your team's library. Once added, the button changes to In Library. Select Add to location to assign the product to one of your workplace locations for inventory tracking.
Request an updated SDS
Select Request Update to ask the supplier for a fresh revision. Use this when the revision date is outdated or when a product's classification may have changed.
Generate compliance documents
Select Create Docs in the header to generate:
- Chemical Safety Card: a Safety Instruction Card summarising key hazards and PPE for workers
- CLP Label: a CLP-compliant label for containers
Select View to open the original SDS document. Select Actions for additional options including downloading the SDS.
Assign labels to the product
The Product Labels section on the Overview page shows any labels your team has assigned. Select Label to add or remove labels. Labels help you filter and organise products in the library.
What to do next
Generate a Safety Instruction Card or CLP label for this product, or run an EMKG risk assessment to determine the required control level.
