Review notifications and tasks in your inbox
View system notifications about SDS processing results, compliance alerts, and other automated updates for your team.
Alpha feature. The inbox is currently in alpha and available on request. Contact your account manager or reach out via the support page to get access.
Your inbox shows what needs attention: SDS extraction results, compliance checks, and inventory updates.
Navigate the inbox
Select a notification to view its details.
Select the refresh button to check for new notifications.
Each notification in the list shows:
| Element | What it means |
|---|---|
| Icon | The notification type: automatic (lightning bolt), manual (person), or system notification (bell) |
| Subject | A short description of what happened |
| Time | How long ago the notification was created |
| Category | The area this notification relates to (e.g. SDS processing, inventory) |
Review notification details
Select a notification to open its detail panel. The detail view shows:
- Priority level (low, medium, high, or urgent)
- Type of notification (automatic, manual, or system)
- Created date and time
- Category, Location, and Contact details when applicable
- A full description of the event
Take action on a notification
When a notification links to a specific product or location, action buttons appear at the bottom of the detail panel.
- Select View SDS to open the related safety data sheet.
- Select View Location to go to the linked workplace inventory.
Share a notification link
Select the link icon in the top-right corner of the detail panel. This copies the notification's URL to your clipboard so you can share it with a colleague.
