Corrected EMKG and VLAREM figures worth re-checking, VLAREM permits per location, storage segregation, and filters for H and P codes.

Corrections that affect earlier results

EMKG assessments now reach high and critical

The risk overview read the EMKG control level as a number, but the wizard stores it as text such as Level 3 or M2B. Every EMKG assessment therefore counted as no result at all: the high and critical figures came from RECESS alone, and the distribution bar left EMKG out entirely.

Both methods now count. Open Risk Assessments and apply the high and critical filter: products that should have qualified on their EMKG result will appear there for the first time.

VLAREM totals no longer read a thousand times too heavy

Some suppliers record density per cubic metre rather than per litre. NextSDS treated every value as kilograms per litre, so a 600 litre line could report 684,000 kg instead of 684 kg, and that on a regulatory total. Roughly one product in eleven carried a value on that scale. Totals and the density badge now correct it as they are read, so re-open your VLAREM report and compare the totals against what you last declared.

New Features

VLAREM permits per location

A permit now covers the locations you scope it to, so a warehouse on one site no longer counts against another site's permit. You can switch individual rubrieken on or off per permit, and the manual classification editor works per location rather than per team.

Storage segregation from ADR

The storage overview groups products by their ADR class and shows which of them may not be stored together. A GHS pictogram filter narrows the report to the hazard you are working on.

Find products by their H and P codes

The library filters on H-codes and P-codes and shows them as columns, with H-codes rendered as pills. The supplier filter now matches every organisation named on a sheet rather than only the one NextSDS chose, and there are new filters for physical state and for fields left empty. Search and sort also match a product's alternate name.

Saved views, and columns you arrange

Save the filters you use as a view and pin the ones you use daily. Columns can be reordered, resized with the widths remembered, and added from a menu in the table header.

Framework overviews built per framework

REACH opens on a quality score sheet per product, Codex and GefStoffV on their own tables, and Horizon Scan on the regulations it is tracking with the substance-level detail behind each entry. The dashboard gains a section for the frameworks you pin.

A team inbox that suggests what to do

What arrives by email now lands in a team inbox with the action it suggests, and a bell in the header tells you when something new comes in. A duplicate sheet raises a notice there rather than passing quietly.

Add a product to several workplaces at once

The workplace picker shows your workplaces as a tree, so one product can be placed at several workplaces across sites in a single step.

CLP labels keep every statement

The labeller now decides which hazard and precautionary statements belong on the label, and no longer caps how many it prints.
