Products become records of their own, duplicate products merge with a full preview, and procurement screening and EMKG are both reworked.

New Features

Every product has its own record

A product is now a record in its own right, with its own page, its own identifiers you can edit in place, and tabs for the details attached to it. Its risk assessments and the workplaces holding it each get a table, so you can see what is assessed and what is still open without leaving the product.

Workplaces, not Locations

The tab, the table and the sidebar now use the word your team uses. The workplace table carries more of what you need per workplace and can be filled in without opening a separate screen.

Merge duplicate products with a full preview

Merging now shows you what will happen before it happens: which workplace entries, labels and custom fields move across, and which record survives. The duplicate list compares the record you keep against the one you merge, side by side, with the revision date and version of every linked sheet.

Library health in one place

The duplicate scan and the SDS update scan now sit together on one Library health page, so the two jobs that keep your library honest are in the same place rather than two screens apart.

Procurement screening, reworked

Screening opens as a panel over the list you were reading, loads a sheet when you click its row, and walks you through the steps with the actions in order. A decision is now required before you can save, and the product's record shows where screening stands with a link to run it.

EMKG across several workplaces

Save one EMKG assessment against a list of workplaces instead of repeating it for each. Results can be opened up to see how they were reached, the info tooltip shows the hazard-group scale behind them, and saving prefills the next assessment.

Exposure limits from section 8

The SDS view now shows the occupational exposure limits, DNEL, PNEC and biological limit values from section 8 rather than leaving them in the text. Toxicological and ecological data are grouped by substance, with a product-level bucket for what applies to the mixture.

ISO 45001 and ISO 14001

Both standards are now available as frameworks, so you can run them alongside the Codex and REACH reports you already have.
