Procurement screening with ADR and Section 15 data, locations redesign, hazard level in the library, AI translation for safety cards, and SDS comparison.
New Features
Procurement screening expanded
The procurement screening panel now shows more safety data at a glance.
In Step 1: Regulatory Screening, supplier-declared Section 15 data appears alongside the database results.
In Step 2: Safety and Storage, the ADR hazard class is shown using the standard transport diamond, CLP classification categories appear as labelled tags, and VLAREM storage permit requirements are listed with the relevant rubriek code. CMR substances are always highlighted in red.
Locations redesign
Location detail pages have a new layout. A hero section shows key statistics at a glance, a new Overview tab summarises the location's products, storage classes, and activity, and the Inventory and Storage tabs have been reorganised for easier navigation.
EMKG redesign
The quantity group is now synced automatically across all exposure routes. Set a quantity group for inhalation and the same value is applied to the eyes and fire routes automatically.
Hazard level in the library
A hazard level indicator appears in the library table. It shows overall product risk on a 1 to 5 scale across Health, Environmental, and Safety sub-scores. Hover over the indicator to see the breakdown.
Library: sort by Updated At
A new Updated At column shows when each library entry was last updated. Click the column header to sort by date and bring the most recently changed products to the top.
SDS comparison
Compare two versions of an SDS side by side. Text differences are highlighted across all sections, with a colour legend that shows what changed, what was added, and what was removed. Select a different version of either document without leaving the comparison.
Safety Card: AI translation
Translate a safety card into any language using AI. A translation modal shows all translatable fields. NextSDS labels each translated phrase as either drawn from official CLP regulatory texts or generated by AI. Review AI-translated safety statements before publishing.
Safety Portal redesign
The public Safety Portal has been redesigned and now works well on mobile too. Products appear as collapsible cards showing GHS pictograms, signal word, and download buttons. Workers can add the portal to the home screen on iOS and Android and open it like an app.
