New Features

Location QR Codes

Each workplace can now generate a QR code that links directly to its chemical inventory. Print and post QR codes at physical locations so workers can scan them with a mobile device to instantly access the products stored there.

"No Location" Filter

The library's location filter dropdown now includes a No Location option. Select it to find products that have not been assigned to any workplace. This is useful for identifying newly imported SDS documents that still need a storage location.

ADR Transport Report: Excel Export

ADR transport compliance reports can now be exported to Excel, providing a structured spreadsheet of UN numbers, proper shipping names, hazard classes, packing groups, and tunnel restriction codes for all products in scope.

Upload Success Notification

After uploading SDS documents, a notification confirms how many files were uploaded and shows the number of background processing tasks currently active.

Improvements

Library

• Horizontal scroll controls. Views with many columns now show left/right arrow buttons in the table header for easy sideways navigation, with the product name column pinned in place.
• Responsive page header. Improved padding on the page header for better layout on smaller screens.
• Selection counter. The bottom action bar now shows an animated counter of how many products are selected.

Search Results

• Table layout. Search results now display as a structured table instead of cards.
• New columns. Results include molecular structure images, supplier names with favicons, language badges, and version numbers.
• "Add to Library" button. Replaces the previous "Import to Library" label for clarity. The button changes to "Added to Library" once the import completes.

Compliance Reports

• Background processing state. The report page now shows a "Processing report…" message and polls for progress automatically while a report is being generated.
• Excel-only state. When a report's Excel export is ready before the full readable version, you can download it immediately without waiting.

Documentation

• Updated library, search, compliance reports, substance search, and labels documentation to reflect the latest features and UI changes.
• All documentation translated into German, French, and Dutch.
