Quality scores, VLAREM permits, ADR transport regulations, and workplace management improvements.
New Features
Quality Score
Each SDS document now receives an automated quality score that evaluates how complete and accurate the extracted data is. Use quality scores to identify documents that may need re-uploading or manual review.
VLAREM Environmental Permits
Products are now checked against VLAREM (Flemish Environmental Regulations) classification data. When a product falls under VLAREM permit requirements, the relevant permit class and thresholds are displayed alongside the product's compliance data.
ADR Transport Regulations
Transport classification data extracted from Section 14 of the SDS is now structured and displayed, including UN number, proper shipping name, transport hazard class, packing group, and tunnel restriction code. This supports compliance with the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR).
Compact Filter Panel
The library now features a compact filter panel with active filter badges. Applied filters appear as removable badges below the filter bar, making it easy to see which filters are active and remove them individually.
Improvements
Workplaces
- Item counts on cards. Each workplace card now shows the number of products in its inventory, so you can see at a glance which workplaces have chemicals assigned.
- Context menu on Organize tab. Folders and workplaces on the Organize tab now have an options menu (⋯) with Edit, Delete, Add Sub-folder, and Add Workplace actions, replacing the previous layout.
SDS Data Extraction
- Flash point detail. Section 9 (Physical and Chemical Properties) now captures structured flash point data with separate closed-cup and open-cup test method values.
- Container size tracking. Products can now have container size recorded alongside quantity and container type.
Documentation
- Updated and expanded documentation for workplaces, chemical inventory, categories, horizon scanning, labels, compliance, SDS detail views, safe-card wizard, and substance search.
- All documentation translated into German, French, and Dutch with terminology-accurate translations.
- Added inline links to related app pages throughout the documentation.
