Review scan results

After a scan completes, select View Results from the runs list to open the detailed results. This page shows every regulatory list that matched at least one product in your library, grouped by regulation.

Check the scan overview

At the top of the page you see:

• A Completed or status badge
• The scan ID, start time, and finish time
• The total number of regulations that matched

Filter results

Use the same filter controls as the Regulations tab:

• Filter by source type — show only EU regulatory lists, governmental lists, sector lists, etc.
• Filter by severity — focus on High, Medium, or Low severity regulations.

Review regulation matches

Each regulation appears as a card with a coloured left border indicating severity: red for High, orange for Medium, grey for Low.

The card header shows:

• A flag icon (EU, US, or a generic database icon for other frameworks)
• The regulation name
• A source type badge

Below the header, a statistics row shows the number of substances in the list, the number of your affected products, the last update date, and a link to the original source.

Expand a regulation to see affected products

Select a regulation card to expand it. The expanded view lists every product that matched, showing the product name and supplier. Each product row has two buttons:

• PDF — opens a side panel with the product's safety data sheet
• Details — opens the product's full SDS page in a new view

Review substance details

Below each product, a table lists the matched substances with their name, CAS number, and concentration. Select a substance row to expand additional metadata provided by the regulatory source.

For occupational exposure limit lists (such as ILV-IFA), the expanded view shows a country-by-country limit values table with long-term values (LTV) and short-term values (STV) in both mg/m³ and ppm.

View an SDS document

Select the PDF button on any product row to open the safety data sheet in a side panel without leaving the results page. The panel shows the product name and renders the full PDF.

Wait for processing to complete

If the scan has just finished, the results page may show a processing message while regulatory data is being prepared. The page refreshes automatically every few seconds until processing completes.
